The restaurant’s founders spent years exploring international food cultures in search of the perfect pastrami recipe. Their passion for culinary discovery became the foundation of a restaurant concept that celebrates authentic flavors, craftsmanship, and the spirit of New York.
Our creative direction combined bold typography, custom hand-drawn illustrations, and a vibrant red-and-yellow color palette to reflect the restaurant’s energetic personality and urban character.
